Course Title

Real World Entrepreneurship

Collaboration Overview

UM's Accelerate Montana Rural Innovation Initiative and Blackstone LaunchPad invites Montana startups and growth businesses to submit student projects. Students working in teams of two or more can take on projects addressing a range of entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities including:

  • market/customer research
  • product/service development
  • marketing
  • business and launch planning
  • financial modeling

Projects can be flexibly scheduled throughout the academic and calendar year.

We recognize that startup organizations often lack the financial resources to hire employees or students to assist with their development. This program is offered to ventures at no cost. However, we do ask ventures that benefit from the program to consider making a financial contribution, now or in the future, to support the Blackstone LaunchPad at the University of Montana.
